“ I recently had the pleasure of dining at S'Incontru on Viale Trieste in Cagliari, and it was nothing short of delightful! The restaurant itself is bright, open, and incredibly inviting. As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, showcasing their knowledge and attentiveness without ever feeling intrusive. One unique aspect of S'Incontru is the variety in their menu, as they offer not just one but three different menus – pizza, steak, and sushi! We opted for the pizza menu, which was diverse and included both traditional favorites and several adventurous choices. Most of our pizzas were absolutely delicious with firm, crispy crusts and perfectly cooked toppings. However, there was a minor issue with my pancetta and red onion pizza. The pancetta seemed undercooked, and the released moisture made the crust excessively soggy. Despite this, the other pizzas at our table were simply excellent. That being said, I will definitely be returning to S'Incontru, but I'll likely opt for take-away orders to avoid the cover charge. The food truly was fantastic, and I can't wait to try their other dishes! If you're in Cagliari, I highly recommend giving S'Incontru a visit for a memorable meal. Just be aware of the cover charge, and you're in for a treat! ”
